Upload fail..... so my aunt in New York sent me so photos of some old(1800s(?)) Duck Decoys that my great aunt n uncle (Robert+Ellisten) made in what is now the area around Princeton Illinois called Bureau. My uncle did the wood caving and my aunt painted the thing. So just I know where my artistic slide came from. One out of three, and again sorry for the bad picture of it.
So I started out with the main colors ( Terra Colla, Light Brown, Black, Brown, Sand and Yellow.) then did the shading with Black and Dark Brown. Then did the drop shadow with Brown, Dark Brown and Black and made it smoother with the Sand and Light Brown.
